Business Identity

These Terms and Conditions are between you and OMZOR creations, a digital product and software development brand providing web development, mobile development, design, consulting, maintenance, and related digital services.

References to "we", "us", and "our" mean OMZOR creations. References to "you" mean the visitor, customer, or organization using our website or buying our services.

Services and Deliverables

We provide custom digital services including websites, web applications, mobile applications, user interface design, integrations, technical consulting, maintenance, and support. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, pricing, and included revisions are defined in the accepted quote, proposal, invoice, checkout, or written agreement for your project.

Any feature, service, or deliverable not listed in the accepted scope may require a separate quote or written approval before work begins.

Quotes, Pricing, and Payment

Prices are presented in a quote, proposal, invoice, checkout, or pricing page before purchase. Payment schedules may include deposits, milestone payments, subscriptions, or full upfront payment depending on the service.

When payments are processed through Paddle, Paddle may act as merchant of record and may collect payment information, tax information, billing details, and other information required to complete the transaction.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, timely feedback, necessary access credentials, content, brand assets, legal text, and approvals needed to complete the work.

Delays in providing required materials or approvals may affect delivery dates and may require schedule changes.

Ownership and Licenses

After full payment is received, you receive ownership of the final custom deliverables created specifically for your project, unless a proposal or agreement says otherwise.

We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, reusable code, internal processes, know-how, templates, and non-client-specific materials. Third-party software, fonts, images, plugins, platforms, and libraries remain subject to their own licenses.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services or deliverables for illegal activity, fraud, harmful content, infringement, spam, security abuse, or any activity that violates applicable laws, payment processor rules, or third-party platform terms.

Warranties and Limitation of Liability

We aim to deliver professional, functional, and secure work, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific business results, search ranking, revenue, or compatibility with every future browser, platform, or third-party service change.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for a claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
